Protection of intellectual property
The multimedia content of the opopop.fr website is the exclusive property of the Opopop association. Any use of this content must therefore be expressly authorised by Opopop.

The information, texts, pictograms, photographs, images and illustrations on the website are protected by intellectual property law. In these terms, article L 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code states:

"Any representation or reproduction in whole or in part without the consent of the author or his successors in title or assigns is unlawful. The same applies to translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any art or process whatsoever"

Any illegal copy of the site may therefore be prosecuted as an infringement of copyright under articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Hypertext links
The Compagnie Opopop authorises any website or any other medium to set up a hypertext link to its content, with the exception of those containing content of a controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature, or which is contrary to decency or public decency. However, the linked page must be respected in its entirety and must not be embedded in another site. Similarly, the link must clearly indicate the nature of the content and the exact address of the page. Any use of links to the opopop.fr website for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.
